Joseph Michael Snodgrass , 68 of Webster Springs, WV, previously of Sandusky, OH died on September 4, 2011 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon, WV. He was born May 8, 1943 in Spencer, WV to Joseph Eugene and Vera S. western Snodgrass and was a fork lift operator for Ford engine business retiring once 36 years of service. Younger was created July 26, 1959 the child for the belated Theodore Eugene and Zela (Hall) Riggs in Parkersburg, western Virginia. Betty Smith Frame , 70, of Chandlersville, Ohio, previously of Hur, Calhoun County, died September 23, 2002. She came to be June 14, 1942, in Ripley,, a child of Bernice Starcher Chambers of Spencer,, and belated Charles Wilbur Chambers.
Along with her daddy, she was preceded in death by a son, Jeremy Victor Starcher; and a cousin, John White. He had been born April 16, 1921, at Reedy, Roane County,, the son of Asa Delbert Tallman Sr. and Natalie Katherine Flesher Tallman. As well as the woman parents and spouse Dorman of 71 years, Libby ended up being preceded in death by a sis Irma Caldwell and a bro Russell Dougherty.
Surviving are four daughters, Judy NICHOLS of Davisville, WV, Patsy McBRAYER of Marietta, OH, Loretta MURPHY of Kenna, WV, and Cathy WILLIAMS of Parkersburg; eight sons, Chester JENKINS of Belmont, WV, Gerald FRESHOUR of Canton, OH, Ronald FRESHOUR of Columbus, TX, Stephen FRESHOUR, Carl JENKINS, Jr., and Randy JENKINS all JayMinnick of Parkersburg, Roger FRESHOUR of Belleville, OH, and Charles JENKINS of St. Marys, WV; three siblings, Margaret LYNCH of Elyria, OH, Irene KERNS of Weirton, WV, and Yvonne DYER of Parkersburg; a bro, Dale JENKINS of Weirton; 29 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded, and her parents, by a child, Sandra Marie; and two brothers, James L. and Kenneth Henthorne. Pete was born on July 18, 1938, at Ripley, a son for the late George and cap tie Hamon Jordan. Mike was born in Calhoun County, son of the belated Hollie and Josephine Bowers Williams.
He was preceded in death by their parents; their wife Annie Carpenter Rhodes; 6 brothers Wayne, Jimmy, Jackie, Tony, Bobby and Burnden Rhodes. He had been created March 5, 1940 in Clay County, son of belated Fred and Lillie Mae “Adkins” Starcher. She had been preceded in death by her spouse, Ollie R. Cain, in 1993; one son, Jimmy Cain; five grandchildren; and one sister.
Butler is survived by three daughters and five sons: Dorothy Oliver and spouse Bob of Mason, Donna Joan Lambert and spouse, Bob of Atwater, Ohio, Karen Brady and husband Ken of Parkersburg,, Melvin Butler and spouse Stephanie of Waynesburg, Pa., William Butler and wife Rebecca of Ann Arbor, Mich., Robert Butler and spouse Linda of Parkersburg, Douglas Butler and spouse Susie of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Richard Butler and spouse Kathy of Normantown,; you will find 18 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren surviving.
